Our last server would peg on 100% during the busier hours. This one seldom gets near that.
One of our users called WildBlue tech support and they pinged our site. In their opinion, high latency (>700 ms) was the most likely culprit. That wouldn't time out a page on land lines -- but WB's satellite setup is probably far more picky. Nothing coming in after a second...and it breaks the connection?
