Exactly. The low is no longer in Oct, is in late Sept or first of Oct. The huge companies make sure the price goes up to make sure no one gets paid on price. Fall price will end up at 3.80 or so. That way their is no premium. They keep us limited in what we can collect.
Where's the low and when will it be.
