Spring hub in pressure plate for PTO clutch has failed, under clutch housing there is a plug that you can remove, then using a bore scope take a look around. I have a 5525 in shop right now getting the same repair. The MFD light is coming on because it takes pressure to disengage it and the transmission pump is not turning.
