Your math is correct, but your methodology is incorrect.
You can't compare USDAs August yield to PF year over year estimate. I guarantee that USDA will change their 188 yield on Illionois for 2017.
These estimates are all based on year over year percentages given by PF tour and comparing that overall % to last year's final.
I don't believe the numbers published by PF tour, that's why I said, If you believe PF tour....
