Southern Illinois | JL, I would say your statement is not NAT approved. If someone overextends themselves by buying land and they end up losing all of it and someone else who grew at a more conservative rate has the means to buy it cheaper, I am 100% for it. It's called free market and it happens everyday in every business. To say the contrary is what has led a some farmers to feel they should be guaranteed a profit and equit increase every year no matter what. The only thing I hope is I am the one who has grown conservatively and can be a buyer when those opportunities do come up. | |
