Hoping to buy cheaper land is the same thing as hoping someone else looses equity. That seems like hoping for someone to have a failure. I didn't think that was NAT approved.
I own land and some of it was the high priced stuff. I will loose equity when land comes down, but I plan to gain acres. In it for the long haul.
If someone happens to sell land when it is off its highs I am sure they would rather I bid on it then stay at home.
What is NAT approved? Over filled manure spreaders, complaining about USDA and dicamba. |
