I have seen it freeze the first off September to the 15th off September here in Nebraska. That would be early. Normal is the last off September in to early October.
Yep. As long as we can get to the last week of September without a frost they should be fine. That would be normal. A hard freeze before the 20th of September could be a problem, but that is unlikely.
