Not sure I understand your question at all. Here most of my production is put into a bin and may or may not be hauled until September of the following year. Therefor you have to estimate production, if you overestimate you will charged premium on that yield for the following year and until it either goes off your 10 year history or you have an audit and don't have the bushels to support what you turned in. If 2 years after the fact you are audited and were short bushels they are going to go back and amend your APH, so you have been paying premium on something that no longer is doing you any good. Reporting bushels less than you have will solve this problem but you are shooting yourself in the foot by doing so. The goal is to be as close as possible.
