Missouri | If supply and demand are still at play. We have an over supply of land on the market. If the lenders I talk to are also correct the demand is going to be very limited. An article came out this week about the ag sector at record debt. They also said though that the equity is better then the 80's. That is fine until all these balance sheets get adjusted.
