Missouri | Come to Nebraska! At least were I live we have lost $2000/ acre. Within 20 miles of my house there are 50-75 quarters for sale. Not a bid on any of them. The realtors have been calling to see if I would make an offer. I told them I do not want to offend anyone so I will keep my offer to myself. Again maybe just here local but I am predicting and my banker agrees that we will be 1/2 the price of a couple years ago within a year. The lenders at least here are extremely nervous. My banker said 15% of his clients will not be in business next spring. Again it might be local... OR the fact we have $100/ acre property tax. | |
