Yes that is what I always find. Once your weigh test hit 20#+ it is usually good corn. Also as I am walking thru grabbing ears , if it starts to get where the bucket is full or running over you know it will be good corn. Yesterday I never really did have a bucket get full to the top. It is definitely going to be an interesting year around here. The fields I done yesterday were not the producers worst ground and was not COC but it was also not their best ground. It was just close to where they have their pit.
