Stoutsville, Ohio
The GT trait is the orginal RR Corn developed by Monsanto. It was determined in the courts Monsanto had borrowed transfer techniques of genes that were rightfully from Now BayerCropsciences. BayerCropsciences sold this event to Syngenta in 2004. It is now the property of Syngenta and called and marketed as Agrisure GT.

The labels are pretty similar with the RR2 event having a taller post window. I assume Syngenta is getting that similar window approved soon for Agrisure GT.

Basically the Agrisure GT trait is in competition with Monsantos RR2 Corn trait.
