Had same problem on our 2388 but don't have rwa. Believe we changed hydro filters, had pressures checked (which were ok), & adjusted hydro cable to get more lever going forward and it made it better. Ours has the two speed and with a full tank of corn you cant take off from a dead stop if its engaged.
