Glenwood, Mn | Grasshopper is cloud based so no hardware required. We are on week two of it at our shop. From what my wife showed me seems ok. Directs the caller to the appropriate party through a prompt system. We just have grasshopper forward to our cell phones . Reason we got it was telemarketing was becoming a large part of our call volume. Apparently the robots are too impatient to dial one more number to get the correct extension. It is to the point I just screen every call coming through and if it's important they need to leave a message. 9 out if ten times it's just telemarketing. I've answered and asked to be taken off the list but I think that just emboldens them. Probably work for now until they get smart. | |
