W.C. MN | Called a neighboring farm today and was interested in what I heard... IIRC, recorded message answers first, directing callers to each of the parties. (Dial 2 for Bob, 3 for jake, ETC.). Then, when they weren't at their desk, recorded message said I could either leave voicemail or be transferred to their cell phone, of which I did the latter. Just seemed efficient and would maybe cut back on junk calls.?? Anyone know how to start setting something like that up? | |
