How's the service?

Is it the same, better or worse than you would receive locally?

Would you characterize it as full-service, self-service or non-existent, but worth it considering the savings?

The degree to which this matters depends, I suppose, on your level of experience with the product you're buying and the reputation of the company from which you are buying. 

How did you come to do business site-unseen with suppliers outside your local market? And from who would you recommend an inexperienced farmer buy? Any favorites?
