We can get between 4'-6' of frost in undisturbed areas and up to 8' of frost under driveways, still think I need horizontal styrofoam over footing to protect the footing from frost getting underneath it. Like the idea of putting rigid insulation on outer wall, but not sure my contractor will like it.
