he signed it, but I would bet that M's lowyers wrote it. mr. fraley wants to keep his job.
Last time I got a letter like that I called the company and asked for the person that wrote the letter and after talking to several people I finally got a gal that admitted that the person that signed the letter didn't exist and that name was made up.
