I'm not trying to discount your issue, but if you have actual amounts and reply to the email they send you with them, they can adjust their data and they get better at reading the radar in your area. Definitely not trying to be a climate/monsanto apologist but I tried updating them and after a few times, it's been within 0.1-0.2 of "correct" for me.
