If no loader and as clean as it should be with those few hours I'd say $25K-$30K.  We had several German 50 and 40 series tractors more good than bad and once we got people to quit riding the clutch in the 50 series those problem went away.  I'd rather have a 5K-7K hour 7000 series for $30K though if you could find one.
