| early spring state wanted the people who put up hay to put up a 1500.00 bond for state road ways. that would be given back upon inspection of road ditches and right a ways if no damages were done. had to wear lime green shirt while in state ditches, beacon on tractor on, no working after sunset ( I think was the time). getting back to haying ditches it's a mad house around here. I know of 3 outfits who do it "commercially" and sell it. 2 are at 60 mile plus as far as ditches another at 100. no ditch, crook or nanny goes unmowed. | |
