I'm glad to see those pics. Although an unfortunate fate of that machine, I laugh thinking about the things like that that have happened at my farm! I am sure that each of us has made a mistake of similar kind.
It has nothing to do with a particular brand of machine, it looks to clearly be some kind of operator induced accident.
