Is there a transport lock on the rotor that keeps it from turning? Son picked one up at an auction and the rotor will not turn. There is a 5/8" bolt through the top of the gearbox, I don't know if I need to remove so it will turn or not. Hoping he didn't buy an expensive boat anchor. TIA
