SWMN | Put a new ROPS on my 3020 last year (same as 4020) under the ROPS rebate program and the kit was 805.00 with a 70% rebate. Did a self install and ended up costing 241.50 after rebate.
FWIW Deere has a program that ROPS is to be sold at COST (dealers should not mark up the kit per Deere notes that dealer should be able to see, some dealers will mark it up but ask them to check the notes from Deere that the item is to be sold at cost) and when I looked into it the OEM ROPS were cheaper than aftermarket
AR51416 is the kit from John Deere and includes all hardware and the seat belt (ROPS w/o seatbelt is useless). Picture below shows price from JDparts
Check with your local state Dept of Ag as they may have a rebate program.

The biggest motivator for installing ROPS is my daugher, she needs a dad when she grows up. Thinking about having a fabricator built me some canopies (dimensionally the same as OEM at 1/4 the cost)
