Not a stinkin drop here. Wind blew about 50mph as the 'cold front' moved through. Cooled down from 99 to 88. It is still 81 degrees outside as of ten fifteen local. Driest april to june on record for this area (beats the eighties, fifties and thirties by quite a bit). Irrigating as fast as i can but still the worst crops ive grown (and ive grown some doozies). No hail at least, but i cant even figure if that is a good thing or a bad thing.

Some peas and even some wheat going through the combine here already, early gossips arent good. Good luck to all, we are going to need it.

Im going to go ahead and say it. I think this is a long term drought like the eighties, and expect to see this persist for multiple years (hopefully not as severe as current). $#/+.


What is the early yield reports?
