I always find it challenging calculating the number of bushels to contract in a drought situation. Everyone tells me to go a certain percentage of aph, but none of those people farm for a living. Also, if/when I don't produce enough bushels and the markets take off, I'm not sure I want to be in that position. I would rather not contract and take what mother nature and the market has in store.
