WCIL | I did mine myself. I own a mini excavator so I contacted county health dept. Met local health official then had soil bored and tested. Health Dept laid it out. I put it in they came back looked it over and signed off before I covered it up. Saved me thousands of dollars. That was 3 years ago. No issues so far. Health dept official said only stipulation was that I could not hire any part of it done pay anyone that helped me if doing work myself. FYI I'm in Illinois
