Oklahoma | One big difference is that leases can be leased elsewhere. This pipeline is big and pretty well set on where it's going. Just like DAPL, there is no doubt that it will be going through. It's just a matter of being fairly compensated. Honestly had their initial offer been even close to reasonable, I'd bet a lot more people would have signed on. They basically offered regular small gathering line prices on a 36" pipe. | |
