| Very first round baler JD 535 I put the suburban auto chain lube system on it. It worked fine, however after that on every other baler I just used the spray cans of chain lube. I prefer the JD brand as it always flows. A can will last a long time, I try and spray it to get into rollers. I try and change chains out, about 5,000 bales. I would rather change chains than have to do sheet metal work on front of baler when chains break. I try and spray about every roll of net or at least 150 bales.
