Thank you all for the help. Especially L.E.M., the picture you posted was perfect.
Our outbounds are 8". The picture showed a 15 tooth sprocket on the sweep, and a twelve for the slowdown kit. Our sweeps have 18 tooth sprockets installed and I am sure that is a large part of our problem. Guess we will see...
Anyone have a fix for Sukup powersweep chains breaking?
