...We pushed a rod under our 16' asphalt driveway with a 580E Case Backhoe. The guy doing it has done literally hundreds because he works for a line installation company. He had a sock that would fit over 3" conduit...and once we got the rod pushed through...we just pulled the conduit through under it also.
