Re read your post to answer the marketing question I would contact the job supervisor. This always required visit in person for me. Most of them will not return your call face to face they more apt to do something The contractor wil be doing their own seeding. Or have a sub contractor doing it for them. Job supervisir can tell you who you need to talk to
