Your county agent can do this. Don't know if he knows how or not but if he doesnt he can call his supervisor whatever (his title would ). And he can find out. I used to sell to the dot in my state and had to have every load with certified tag Agent came out and looked at my straw gave me "x" amount of stamped tags and told me to call him again when I needed more
