Check to make sure the auger in the tube is turning freely. Check the bearing at the end of the auger tube and make sure it's free and lubed up. Another thing to do it close the slats up in the bottom of the grain tank so it's not feeding to much grain at once to the unload auger. Rice is small and dense. Probably fed to much to the unload system causing it to jam. Corn is a different animal than rice. Probably won't have a problem as long as the system is lubed properly, chain adjusted etc. Also, make sure you engage the unload system at a lower rpm. Don't throw the lever with the machine at full speed. Too much shock on the system will sheer the pin. Lower it down to half throttle.
