Don't you think your feeding to much material onto the outside edges of the cylinder then Harlan and not enough into the middle? NOT trying to start anything just asking you said your using a 25' head maybe the flighting is different from a 30'. When ever I look at my rasp bars they are always shot on the outside edges. Thinking about taking a few outside fingers off of auger to try and push more material to center of cylinder. I'm not worried about spreading the straw with my set up, can already get it out there 30' no problem. A good even feed across the cylinder is priority.
