All depends on your mix, ambient temps, humidity, thickness, etc. If you are running some accelerator and temps are favorable, sure. Look at a slip pour, they uncover fresh concrete out of the form every 4-5 hours and it has to hold everything on top of it yet, but 2 days is a safe bet no matter what you are doing and a good rule of thumb for DIY concrete.
