N.W. Iowa | I have a disc mower and they like to throw stones too. I made a cover for the right side of the tractor out of plexiglass and use zip ties or bolts or tarp straps to hold it in place. I can still see through it and at least once a summer I hear a stone hit it hard. Mine looks kind of crude, but does the job. Had to bolt a couple of pieces together to get it done and put a cloth in there so the glass doesn't get scratched. I'll attach a picture
