Could be the fan belt is worn enough that it is getting to low in pulley when it speeds up. My dealer said to check with 30mm wrench (I used a caliper to measure), if it goes over belt it is worn.
Edit: Other thing that happened to me was I got too much grease into it. I pulled the plug out and some came out on its own was ok after that.
