North Central Illinois | I can't remember for sure what he was saying last year but I think he might have been projecting a big crop. By and large I have always felt he is highly overrated as an ag climatologist but he is probably an okay guy. I just don't think his track record is all that stellar. He is pretty good at telling you what is going to happen after it has already happened. | |
