Yeah, you're probably right, just still using trend. I do remember seeing them lower yield in 2013 because of wetness; but that is kind of a rarity.

That 162.4 model can change a lot anyone reading. Don't put a lot of faith in it. Plus it is just one of scores of models different consultants make.
