That's awesome. Thanks for the pictures. We had a 3630 for years and the brakes were a real PITA and expensive to work on. I drove it a lot with zero brakes. Ran out into a main 2 lane highway one day because my mind wandered and didn't slow down in time. Decided the brakes weren't too expensive after all. :-) We still tried to use them as little as possible but like you said they drag all the time and wear out no matter what.
