So what could create a rally bigger than what was expected? End users with coverage......... I'm sure without a doubt some end users are covering their needs. As the rally begins and more users get coverage we start to compete for who gets what. The funds decide they want to own it, end users need it, the race begins. Estimated usage of 14.3 but production of only 12.5 so supply 14.8 who isn't going to get what they need? Once end users have covered 5 billion that's gone, 8 billion its gone...... Funds say you want it come get it. We haven't rationed since 2013. We have built an impressive demand base. When that energy is released it could be impressive.
