| It appeared the European model put a band of 2 to 3 inch rains in the forecast for the period you speak of...mainly NE, IA and the states north to the Canadian border. Possibly this is where his info comes from?
Edit to add: You see this model on Weatherbell's weekend update available free. It is worth a listen IMHO as Mr. Bastardi addresses climate change since it is the big story of the week.
