I've used U-ship with good results. However, last month I needed something shipped and their quotes seemed higher than usual. So I looked up the names of the shippers that responded and went directly to their websites, filled out their quote requests, and received much lower quotes from them outside of U-ship. It took longer to get my item shipped, but it was done at a lower cost.
