SW Wisconsin | Market is telling us it believes all is well and grains are too expensive.
I busted a$$ planting beans the entire Memorial Day holiday while all the Illinois vacationers came up to enjoy the lovely countryside, barbecue. and watch us work.
It's strangely fulfilling that we provide some semblance of reality for their entertainment. (Farmers endeavoring to earn a living is becoming a novel concept around these parts)
Got rained out late afternoon with 50 acres left to seed.
IMO, markets are going to make us farmers prove that we can't reach trend line yields before it gets bid higher.
