Livestock prices were good? I sold fat hogs for 26 cents/pound in the 80's and a real good stock cow could be bought for under 400.....you call that good? Granted prices improved later on but for most it was barely enough to help make up for previous losses.

We sold hogs for less than that in the 90's, after a whole lot of expenses had gone up compared to the 80's.

Try another sob story on me, because I'm not buying that one.


The 90s were a cake walk compared to the 80s....and I call BS on selling hogs for less than that.
