The govt cannot, I repeat, cannot create dollars without limit. That would completely destroy the value of the currency. The money supply is managed by the Fed, I believe this whole discussion started with a conversation about the M3. Also, this "private savings" you keep referring to is not necessarily private, foreign govts buy our debt all the time. That is not private savings. The bond holder amounts do match the debt to the penny, as any accountant would tell you it should.
study up on post ww2 Germany if you want to understand why a govt cant print money and spend it. if fiat currency is to have any integrity or future, cant do it.
by the way, how old are you?
