NW KS/ SC ID
Either a swather or a small combine trailer. Worth alot more as it is than hacked up.

I would advertise it here and over on yesterdays tractors forum to try and get someone with a swather or smaller older combine to buy it.

Price it plenty high, but accept offers, get it sold, and then go buy what you want.

Making this trailer into what you want is like someone buying a new pickup that is a 2wd and wanting to turn it into a 4wd. you may get it done, but it wont be worth the time or money, and it wont be as nice as a factory made unit.

What all do you plan on hauling with your half ton? How heavy? I really like single tire 14K goosenecks. I pull most of the time with my heavy 3/4 ton and distribute carefully, or if I know its going to be heavy take the chassis cab 1 ton dually and load the heck out of the front to get more on the duals. 20-24K rated goosenecks are heavy all the time, but of course if you need the capacity all the time you better get one.
