Central Illinois | Dennis, I drive a 2012 Cat 660 wih a Cat automatic trany..... The truck was manufactured by Navistar, it has a Maxforce C13 in it painted yellow,it is NOT a Cat motor. I have 476,000 miles on it now. It has been in the shop numerous times with emissions problems,the EGR had to be replaced and the automatic transmision went out at 440,000. The trasmision is the only thing on the truck that IS Cat. Being Cat has discontinued the making of the truck the resale will be like trying to sell a dead horse. | |
