South Central Iowa
Same rut in corn since mid-March. July corn will trade between $3.60 and $3.80, tighter inside range of $3.65-$3.78. Quintuple top yeaterday. Crop is as much as made.

All the mid-April planted corn in the area is V3-V4 and ankle high; normal would be V6 and near knee high. Later stuff is spike or V2. Looks like the 1st week of May around here; everything might as well be considered planted two weeks later.

But it is alive and you can make a row, so it is excellent corn.
